Where in the world are the Cayman Islands? The Cayman Islands are in the western Caribbean, south of Cuba. They are comprised of three islands: Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman. In addition to being a tourist mecca, the Caymans provide refuge for financial interests who seek anonymity, i.e. people who want to hide their money.
